TYPES OF RETURNS
Quality Issue
DEFECTIVE ITEM
If your garment has a manufacturing defect, wrong print or arrives damaged — GIBBOR covers all return shipping costs. We'll send you a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Size Exchange
SIZE EXCHANGE
Need a different size? No problem. The customer covers return shipping costs. Once we receive the item in original condition, we'll send your new size right away.
Return Conditions
TO BE ELIGIBLE
Within 30 days of the delivery date.
Unworn and unwashed — no signs of use whatsoever.
Original tags attached and in original packaging.
Order confirmation included with the return.
Items with visible signs of use, stains, or odors will not be accepted.
Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

GET APPROVAL
We'll confirm your return within 48 hours and send you the return address.

SEND IT BACK
Pack it safely and send via Australia Post. Keep your tracking number.

DONE!
Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
